At Globlekart.com, we strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our business model, many products listed on our website are sourced directly from suppliers after an order is placed.

This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which order cancellations may or may not be possible.

By placing an order on Globlekart.com, you agree to this policy.

1. No Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

This is because many products listed on Globlekart are not kept in ready stock. As soon as we receive an order from the customer, we immediately place the order with our suppliers or international vendors to ensure faster delivery.

For imported products, the order is forwarded to our international suppliers (such as suppliers located in the USA, China, or other countries) immediately after confirmation.

Therefore, once the order is placed, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Reason for Non-Cancellation

Globlekart follows a direct sourcing / import-based model for many products. When a customer places an order:

  • The product may not be physically available in our warehouse.
  • We immediately place the order with the supplier or international vendor.
  • The product then enters the procurement and shipping process.

If customers cancel orders after this stage, the product would already be purchased from the supplier, which may lead to unsold inventory and operational losses. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

3. Order Review Before Placing

Customers are strongly advised to perform the following checks before placing an order:

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, Globlekart may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability from supplier
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If Globlekart cancels the order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Refund in Case of Cancellation by Globlekart
