At Globlekart.com, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective or not working
- The wrong item was delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition
- The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original tags must be included
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- An unboxing video or photographic evidence of the defect/damage must be submitted at the time of raising the return request
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- ✕ Products physically damaged due to customer misuse or accident
- ✕ Items returned without original manufacturer packaging
- ✕ Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
- ✕ Digital goods, software licenses, and downloadable items
- ✕ Consumable items that have been opened or partially used
4. Restocking Fee
No Restocking Fee
Globlekart does not charge any restocking fee on eligible returns. If your return is approved under the conditions stated in this policy, you will receive a full refund of the product price with no deductions for restocking.
5. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at support@globlekart.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Attach photos or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage.
Step 2: Return Approval
Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of approval or rejection via email. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 3: Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, follow the return shipping instructions in your approval email. Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address in most cases.
Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, your refund or replacement will be initiated within 3 business days.

6. Return Shipping Cost
Globlekart-Caused Returns — Free Return Shipping
If you are returning a product because it arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item, Globlekart bears 100% of the return shipping cost. Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address at no charge to you.
Customer-Initiated Returns — Customer Bears Return Shipping Cost
If you are returning a product for any other approved reason (e.g., change of mind, where applicable), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. The exact cost will depend on the weight, dimensions, and pickup location of the product and will be communicated to you by our support team before you ship the item.
7. Replacement Policy
If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, Globlekart may offer:
Option A — Replacement
Replacement with the identical product (subject to stock availability).
Option B — Full Refund
A full refund of the product price if a replacement unit is not available.
8. Refund Process & Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the following timelines:
Bank processing times may extend this window. The refund will be credited to your original payment account. Globlekart does not issue refunds in the form of cash or cheque.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If a pre-dispatch cancellation is approved, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
10. Fraud Prevention
Globlekart reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where we detect suspicious activity, excessive return requests, or fraudulent claims. We may require additional verification before approving any return.
