Companies submit a registration request, which is verified by our backend team before approval.
Approved companies may receive 30, 45, or 60 days credit through mutual agreement.

Returns & Refunds
Orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed, especially for imported products, as they are ordered from global suppliers immediately.
Returns are accepted for wrong products, damaged arrivals, or defective items. Contact support with proof of the issue.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
