Manufacturer Warranty — Important Notice
⚠️ Branded Products — Warranty Fulfilled by the Manufacturer
Certain products sold on Globlekart are manufactured and warranted by independent third-party brands, including but not limited to:
For these branded products, the manufacturer's warranty is fulfilled exclusively through that manufacturer's authorised service centres, not by Globlekart or Patelcraft Solutions Private Limited.
Globlekart is the seller of record and is not an authorised repair centre or warranty service provider for any third-party brand. We do not perform repairs on branded products under manufacturer warranty.
If your branded product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you will need to contact the brand's official authorised service centre in India with your original Globlekart purchase invoice, which serves as valid proof of purchase.

Even though Globlekart does not directly perform manufacturer warranty repairs on branded products, our support team will:
- Help you identify and locate the nearest authorised service centre for your brand
- Provide you with a copy of your original purchase invoice if needed for warranty claims
- Assist with initial troubleshooting to determine whether an issue is covered under warranty
- Coordinate with the brand's support team on your behalf where possible

Log in to your account, navigate to Order Details, and reach out via Phone, Email, or WhatsApp support.
Technical Verification
Our team provides troubleshooting guidance to verify if the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect.
Product Return/Pickup
If unresolved, we arrange a pickup or request the product be shipped to our service warehouse.
Inspection & Resolution
The technical team inspects the item for defects and proceeds with repair or replacement within 7–10 days.
Repair or Replacement
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during inspection, we proceed with the fastest possible resolution path.
Processing time may vary for international coordination or rare product components.
Warranty Denial
Warranty support may be denied in cases of physical damage, accidental drops, liquid damage, or unauthorized technical modifications found during inspection.
Invoice Requirement
Retain your original invoice from Patelcraft Solutions Private Limited. Warranty claims cannot be processed without this valid purchase documentation.
