At Globlekart.com, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping services to our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order on Globlekart.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Processing
Once an order is placed on Globlekart.com, it goes through the following steps:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Two Shipping Models & Delivery Timelines
Globlekart operates using two shipping models. The applicable model and estimated delivery timeline for each product is displayed on the individual product page before purchase.
🇮🇳 Model A — Ready Stock (Domestic Shipping)
Products available in our India warehouse or with local suppliers. Shipped immediately after processing.
Order Processing: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 3–7 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days from order date
Shipping Cost: Free on all orders
Coverage: All serviceable PIN codes across India
🌍 Model B — Import-on-Order (International Sourcing)
Certain specialised or high-end products are sourced from international suppliers in the USA, Europe, or Asia after order placement. These products are clearly marked on the product page as "Import on Order".
Order Processing: 1–3 business days
International Transit + Customs: 15–25 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 18–30 business days from order date
Shipping Cost: Free on all orders
Customs & Duties: Handled by Globlekart. No additional charges are imposed on the customer at the time of delivery.
⚠ The extended delivery window for Import-on-Order products is clearly stated on each applicable product page. Please verify delivery estimates before placing your order.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on All Orders
Globlekart offers free shipping on all orders across India, for both domestic and import-on-order products. There are no minimum order value requirements and no hidden shipping charges. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay.
4. Shipping Locations
Globlekart ships to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to end customers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can track your order directly from the courier's website or via your account on Globlekart.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For Import-on-Order products, all customs clearance, import duties, and documentation are managed entirely by Globlekart and Patelcraft Solutions Private Limited. Customers will not be asked to pay any customs or import duties at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address being provided, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to events outside our control, including extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, customs processing, or courier network disruptions. In such cases, Globlekart will proactively communicate updated timelines to affected customers.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Refuse the delivery if possible and note the damage with the courier agent
- Record an unboxing video — this is strongly recommended and required to process damage claims
- Contact our support team immediately at support@globlekart.com with photos and your order ID
